Create More Use for NX

There's no actual use for NX when you made them very accessible to everyone, to the point where you stated it'd be kind of troll to convert VP to NX.

One way to make it more useful is to add the Protection Scroll back to the cash shop and the Safety Scroll to NX, so mid/end-game players feel less stress about making mules and early-game players can progress a little faster.
