Hi guys, I've registered an account for eluna, but i couldn't log in to the game, it shows this is not a registerd id, any solutions ?

this means verified? im not sure, im not receiving any email from eluna

hmm, it does look verified, with the green tick and all. Are you sure you're inputting in the right username (hermtnoob1) and password?
Maybe its time to get help from an admin.

yes i did, same id, i've created two id both can't

Are you logging into the live server or the tespia (our test server)? If your account was registered yesterday, it would only work on the live server since tespia is using a snapshot of the database from 4 days ago
