Hi Bot or any staff members reading this, I am writing in to appeal for being banned for exploits. I was able to log in yesterday and have learnt that Ellen, someone who I was selling service to by crafting and using said flames on her items, was banned, to which I was surprised at due to me thinking that the items that she has given me were legally obtained. I was paid DP in exchange for crafting flames and using them on the 22* PB items that she passed me to hit a minimum requirement that she wanted. After learning that she was banned for flame exploits / duping, I npc sold the materials that were given to me and left the flames / pitched items which were leftover in my inventory untouched, and have tried to contact Bot in support channel and have also dm'd Shade to see if there's anything else I could do.
I came back from work today to find out that I was banned, and would like to know if there's a chance of me being unbanned, as I did not think about where the materials that were given to me had came from. Hoping for a positive reply, thanks
