Bowmaster bug

Quiver barrage procs rate seem low, today i tried and see in 40s all flame arrow didn't comsumes all, and maybe disappear in boss fight
GMS 35s BA (i see in d.c bowmaster BA) comsumes all arrow


- Here is 40s test in dummy when i buff all skill (flame arrow still have 6 in there)

+ 2nd test

- Test in kalos (no origin)

+ With origin

- nKaling p1 bird yellow

- nKaling p1 dog purple


Update: inhuman speed seem low too, this is random procs rate so idk.
About quiver its limited at 18 times * 6 arrow * 9 lines= 972 times likes GMS BA

I feel that if you stand at a distance and shoot hurricane, the flame arrow will not fire
